Pricing and Availability

We try our best to price all items accurately and keep our website inventory up to date, but sometimes mistakes happen. If we have made an error in a price listing or have sold the piece in our retail store before we have removed it from our web inventory, we will contact you and cancel the sale or suggest other similar pieces.

Pricing Based on the Gold Market

Price listed on our website are based on the gold market which fluctuates daily. If the price of gold rises, we may not be able to honor the prices listed on our website if website prices have not been updated to market pricing. If that occurs, we will contact you with adjusted pricing and you will have the opportunity to order at the current market price or you may choose to cancel your order for a refund.

Shipping in 7 to 14 business days. Jewelry from these designers are created in limited quantities and many pieces are made to order. Please call or email us before placing your order if you have a deadline so that we may provide with an approximate shipping date.

Shipping and Insurance

Free local pickup of your order at our Downtown Ellsworth Store.

Flat rate shipping of $10 per order for orders up to $500. Flat rate shipping of $25 per order for orders of $500 and over.

We do not ship outside of the continental United States.

We process orders and ship when our Maine store is open. If for any reason, we expect that shipment of your order may be delayed outside of of our normal shipping schedule, we will contact you by email.

In the event your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, email us and we will do our best to make it right.

Packaging

Your purchase arrives in a beautiful complimentary gift pouch or box and is professionally and securely packaged. If you want your purchase gift wrapped, please include a note with your order to request this special service. Gift wrapping is complimentary.

Flexible Returns

We understand that issues may arise from time to time. We are only human after all. We are very friendly people and we will gladly work with you to assure everything meets with your satisfaction. Email us if you have a problem and we will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible. If all else fails, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. This policy applies to online orders only. Returns are subject to a restocking fee if items are not in original packaging or if the items are not in their original condition. When making a return, please insure the package and retain a tracking number.

No refunds are issued if jewelry has been custom made for you or if the jewelry has been sized or altered. A store credit may be issued if upon our inspection, the jewelry has been unworn and in original condition. We will do our best to work with you on an exchange.
